The characterisation of human and animals personalities is finely crafted, and has instant appeal. Completely recommended, specifically for 7-9 year olds.

I am ten years old and I think that these stories are certainly exciting. They are not scary or evil at all There is a nasty ogre in a single of the tales but it really is not exactly going to come out of the CD player and eat you. And besides if they are going to make a story certainly adventurous you require a bad guy in it. And anyway, they all end happy so what's the issue I listened to these stories when I was ill and it did not make me tremble with fear
